We have the absolute pleasure of speaking again to integrative paediatrician Dr Frank Golik and Melbourne paediatric naturopath Keonie Moore about the often-controversial area of PANDAS – pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcus. The episode is littered with clinical gems – from determining whether a child has PANDAS to testing for causation, and treatment considerations. Dr Golik sees the difficult combination of pyroluria and PANDAS, hear how these children present and learn strategies for eradicating streptococcus systemically.
